Post-Op

After a slightly reluctant trip to my interview, I left with a renewed sense of accomplishment. The whole venture made me nostalgic of all the places and people I've been surprisingly fortunate enough to acquaint myself with. I'm definitely motivated to continue experiencing everything I can that could possibly broaden my design horizons.
The Architectural firm I navigated was above and beyond modern, which I've not much been a fan of in the past, though its been growing on me more recently. My only apprehension I try to emphasize is the need for a timeless design, which I don't feel modern really offers. I just hate for a decade to elapse and suddenly everyone is regretting their surroundings.
It just seems very intimidating to be around such achievement and success just push-pinned to the stark white walls. Not sure what is going to partake with that scenario.
Also not sure what is going to happen with the Robb & Stucky internship / job. Alas, aside from the seminar I'm attending next Thursday, I am without the time to spare for these amazing opportunities. I'm really trying to squeeze out as much time for involvement as possible, but I'm spread so thin.
Speaking of, I'm need of finishing a project...
