Bright Futures

Unless I find a way around it,
I have exactly FOURTEEN [14] credits remaining at my disposal.

So, after taking only TWO [2] classes this semester, for many reasons [especially for the lack of classes offered],
@ FIVE [5] credits, I'll have NINE [9] left.
That means THREE [3] more classes to take in the Spring.
So, unless I can receive some sort of extension, or FINANCIAL AID,
Justin & I will just be getting MARRIED.

My Bright Futures scholarship doesn't seem to be applying this semester, & I just today gave the final documents for my financial aid, as an independent.
School is next Thursday.
Its either a full semester if a miracle happens & everything's paid for, or I have to cut my classes in half, pay out of pocket, & wait for something to happen.

And I was supposed to have had time to apply for & transfer to PBSC.

Ha.

After having received our tax rebate for the first time home buyers credit, I 've been contemplating on exactly how we want to use it.
We really wanted a tankless water heater, maybe a new updated HVAC & a new [metal] roof that's up to code.
Also, french doors to the back would be a great improvement.
That being said, we're going to have to really stretch our money & resources to end up with a good, affordable product.
But if we do achieve what we're going for, overall efficiency & aesthetic should big amazing.

Time for some research.

As lucrative & fun as it was to revisit my computer & the world wide web, I digress. I need to focus on my sketchup rendering of the Grace Place church.
Once my computer situation is copacetic...

House Warmth

My housewarming party was surprisingly a success! Apparently registering at your favorite store really impacts the effect of the gifts you receive! And making it a Pot Luck really brought intrigue to the food aspect. Overall, it was worth it, but I'm glad its out of the way. Now I can finish my laundry list of projects with the house & there's no longer a mystery of what I come home to everyday.
Once I obtain my new camera, I'll post photos of the abode.

Also, I'm taking baby steps in preparation for my Fall semester of schooling in Interior Design. I need to dedicate some real time to getting the most out of this experience.

Re-Apply

My motivation is fleeting. It comes and goes. My office was 'cluttered' in the most overwhelming sense, so tonight I tried to go through & organize. Alas, I have yet to unpack, paint, & create more permanent arrangements for what's to be my design haven.

On a side note, I've also been lacking in my academic efforts. I have yet to correct a financial error through IRSC, file for financial aid [properly], & apply to another school [PBSC]. I need guidance with my efforts for various reasons. My financial aid needs to somehow be acknowledged as an independent venture & my scholarships site needs to be accessible. As for application, I have some reservations due to the distance & time frames, & I also need to be instructed as far as transferable credits. I'd almost like to start over, but time & money are of the essence.

Hopefully, tomorrow will be a couple of steps in the right direction, the fall semester is quickly approaching.
