So after a discouraging tête à tête with the head honcho at the bank, I finally assessed a schedule for my spring semester at The River. Originally set for five classes, I sensibly switched two and ended up with just four. Considering the difficulty I had balanacing the two last semester, alongisde the 'job,' I feel as though four might be more manageable than five. Considering three, but now I have a better understanding for the teacher's methods, and so long as I push myself through the material, I should do really well.
I gained, regretfully, three B's for my last semester. The one Arch Structures class I took, I thought I had an easy A, but maybe the teacher's come to expect that. I digress, hopefully this semester will motivate me even more all the while maintaining sanity at the 'job.'
So I'll be enrolled in;
Practicum I
Materials & Resources
Business
Bldg & Barrier Codes
Fun.

Semester I
Semester I of Interior Design has finally passed. Hindsight, I would've done things much differently. However, I have the know-how to apply in the future if I'm so lucky.
Presentations alone should be an improvement.
The registration for next semester has been posted for awhile and it seems so conflicting with maintaining a day time job as well. I need some form of balance. Though, just getting paid to go to school would be a nice compromise.
As relieved as I am, I've already spent the past two days just lounging and relaxing. And I hate it. I need to remain proactive and accomplish anything and everything I can. I can't let the sloth take over.
I want to continue using google sketchup and hone in on my skills. I want to finish the project from this semester as well as create some layout of this house. I need to familiarize myself more with photoshop and maybe take some classes.
I want to keep in touch with my classmates too. Facebook is seeming like an option, but I'm so reluctant considering all the garbage that comes with it.
I'm also lining up a potential house to move in to. I'll keep you posted.
